Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EventPass (the "Platform"), operated by SignDeals. By creating an account, purchasing tickets, or publishing events, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using EventPass You may use EventPass for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its security, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

2. Tickets & payments Tickets purchased through EventPass are valid for the event and tier shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Service fees are disclosed before purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund and cancellation policies for a given event are set by that event's organizer and shown on the event page.

3. Organizers Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, pricing, and promotions, and for fulfilling the event they sell tickets to. EventPass is a platform provider and is not the host or sponsor of events listed by organizers.

4. Acceptable content You may not publish events or content that are unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that promote hate, violence, or fraud. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

5. Accounts You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Changes We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
