Refund Policy

EventPass processes every payment through Stripe. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work, who authorizes them, and when you can expect to see the money back on your card.

Who issues refunds Refunds are issued by the event organizer through EventPass using Stripe. EventPass is the platform and does not set each event's cancellation policy — that policy is set by the organizer and shown on the event page before you buy.

Requesting a refund To request a refund, email the organizer's support contact shown on your event page, or support@signdeals.com, and include your confirmation code. Refund eligibility depends on the event's own cancellation policy and any applicable consumer-protection law.

How refunds work (via Stripe) When a refund is approved, the organizer issues it through Stripe and the amount is returned to the original payment method you used at checkout. Refunds cannot be sent to a different card or account.

Timing After a refund is issued, your card issuer typically takes 5–10 business days to post it back to your statement, and some banks can take longer. EventPass and the organizer cannot speed up this step — it is controlled by your card issuer and Stripe.

Partial refunds & fees Where allowed, partial refunds (for example, a refunded ticket within a group pack) are supported. Service fees cover platform costs and are generally non-refundable unless the entire event is cancelled by the organizer.

Cancelled events If an organizer cancels an event, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price to your original payment method. Refunds are processed automatically when the organizer cancels through EventPass, and you'll receive an email confirmation once issued.

Questions? Email support@signdeals.com with your confirmation code and we'll point you to the right person.
