Welcome to the EventPass Help Center. We're here to make buying tickets, attending events, and running events as smooth as possible.

Buying tickets Browse events on the home page, choose your ticket tier and quantity, and check out securely with Stripe. You'll get an email confirmation and a QR code you can show at the gate — no account required.

Your tickets After checkout, your tickets and QR codes are available under My Tickets. Each ticket has a unique confirmation code you can quote to our support team or the gate staff.

Can't find your ticket? Check the email inbox you used at checkout, including spam and promotions folders. You can also sign in and visit My Tickets. Still stuck? Email support@signdeals.com with your confirmation code and we'll help.

Event organizers & staff Organizers, event managers, and gate keepers can manage events, tickets, and promotions from the Content Management System, and validate tickets at the door with the Ticket Scanner.
